Tennis Elbow
Tennis elbow or what you may call the lateral epicondylitis is a common injury that tennis players frequently experience. The name tennis elbow is as obvious as to what it refers to. But surprisingly, it also occurs to quite a huge number of people who do not play tennis at all.
Tennis elbow usually occurs at the tendon of the extensor carpi radialis brevis muscle, 2cm below the outer edge of the elbow joint. Usually the signs and the symptoms would show immediately. One would experience pain about 1-2cm down from the bony area at the outside of the elbow. If one also has difficulty in performing simple tasks such as shaking hands with someone or opening the door and feels pain, one should go to his or her physician immediately. Pain is also felt outside of the elbow when one tries to straighten the fingers against resistance.
Improve Your Breathing While Swimming the Freestyle
If you are having problems breathing while swimming the free style, what is it you could be doing wrong? Learning the proper technique for breathing does take some practice so if you are new to the freestyle don’t be disappointed you are having some trouble.
If you’re breathing wrong you may be swallowing water and choking, both of which make for an unpleasant swim. If you are not getting enough air into your lungs the oxygen will not be getting into your blood system and you will be starving for oxygen. When this starts to happen your performance drops off.
How do you breathe correctly when swimming the freestyle? First thing is it is important to relax. As you are stroking with your arms your body should be rolling side to side along the axis of your spin. This roll should be enough that you can turn your head as your arm comes up. Your face should be turned just enough that your mouth clears the water.

Combat Sports – Cambodian Pradal Serey Freestyle Kickboxing
Sometimes you will hear Pradal Serey being called Bradahl Serei. This style of Kickboxing comes out of Cambodia. This Combat Sport style was originally used in Battle, but now Cambodia considers it one of their National Sports. Modern Rules have caused some of the moves they used to have changed a little bit. The main focus of this sport is to win a competition as it is a rule based sport. Similar to Muay Thai Boxing, this sport focuses in 4 major strikes which originate from the knees, elbows, fists and feet.
The clinch is also used as a way or tiring and fatiguing their opponent. Pradal Serey uses more stealth and and shifty fighting stances which differentiates them from most other forms of Southeast Asian Style Kickboxing forms. Elbows are also used more often than in a lot of other styles. The elbow has been responsible for more wins than any other strike used. Fighting has been going on within the Southeast Asia Region since ancient times. Eventually Combat Sports developed as a result of this.
Secrets of the Betfair Winning Formula
There’s a shocking statistic that only 2% of people make consistent profits on Betfair. This of course means that 98% of people are losing money! So what’s the secret of the Betfair winning formula?
First of all some simple truths. There are no Betfair loopholes, no secret markets or ways to ‘cheat’ the system. Betfair is a huge business using highly sophisticated technology and there are no ways to cheat it! I’ve read rumours of ways to beat the random number generators in the Betfair Exchange games, for example, but these are simply myths.
The Betfair winning formula is quite simple for me and it’s made up of the following -
